I have 6, 1 year old hens. One of them is laying eggs with tissue paper thin shells or some times no shell at all. She lays daily and of course in the most popular nest! It makes such a mess! I am not sure 1st of all how to make sure who it is and then what to do about it. I have recently started oyster shell along with the quality feed and lots of snacks they regularly get. Any suggestions whould be great, Thanks, Lori

I throw out the oystershell like scratch and layer it in the lay crumble feeder. I have one that lays eggs like that but she does it while roosting? You would think that a good lay mix should have enough calcium.
