Do you refrigerate your fresh eggs or keep them out at room temp.?
If the kitchen isn't too hot I keep them on the counter. If I had to wash them I put them in the fridge.
I refrigerate mine because I can't get the family to except that you can leave them out if they haven't been washed
I leave them out on the counter because I think they are pretty.
Ohhhh You have one of those egg skelters! jealous
If I know I am using them soon, I leave them out. Still having trouble getting used to the idea they don't need refrigerated.
I leave mine out until I wash them, then I put them in the refir. However during the summer when I sell I usally put them all in the refir they sell better cold.
I want one!! If I had an egg holder I would leave them out.
Here in Ohio, we have to put the eggs in the fridge and keep them below a certain temperature, or it's illegal to sell them.
