Eggs?

Hi! This is my first time hatching eggs, and i have a question.

1. What tempecher do I set the incubater to? Thanks!

Do you have a fan or is it a still air?

99.5 F for fan/forced air,should read same throughout. 101.5 F reading at top of egg for still air, will read colder lower in incubator.

I like the dry hatch method. You don't add any water or a little to get up to 40% then let dry out, if itgets below 25% add a little more to get up to 40% then let dry out again. If your incubator is holding at 30-40% then no need to add water at all until day 18. The last three days up the humidity to 60% and open your air plugs. You should turn your eggs twice a day until day 18 when you leave your incubator alone until they hatch.

For turning I use egg cartoons. Egg is fat side up. Put a block of wood under one side to tilt eggs 40 degrees or so then move it to other side 12 hours later to tilt 40 degrees in opposite direction. That's as easy as it gets.
