Give it approx. 2-3 more weeks and there crests will begin to block their vision. Be aware that you'll have to guide them around. I loved that stage.

I'd like to think of it as throwing the 3 blind mice into the woods and watching them try to work together to find home again.

I love your little flock. They're awesome birds.
