The stallion perked his ears as he heard the sound of Dennis approaching his stall. Prometheus turned towards the stall door, and stuck out his head. He nickered to him cheerfully.

He pet the kind stallion's nose, taking his halter and lead rope from the door and sliding it onto his face. Dennis then led Prometheus out towards a large green paddock.

Prometheus walked patiently beside Dennis, swishing his tail side to side lazily.

He opened the paddock gate and set him loose to run freely about the meadow, shutting it after the stallion. Smiling ever so slightly, he hung up the halter and left for a while.

After Dennis took the halter off of his face, Prometheus snorted quickly. He then ran smoothly around the meadow, stretching out his muscles happily.


Jude walked out of the house a short while later, slowly shutting the door behind her. She smiled lightly as she watched Prometheus trot around his meadow. Jude brushed her curled hair out of her face, revealing her soft green eyes. Her knee length jumper dress, with soft yellow and green flowers, went well with the hues of the setting sun.
