A chick just hatched in my incubator and there was blood beneath him. He is not injured and looks fine . But i5 looks like there is something in his butthole.Should i do something or leave him as it is?

It's been several hours since your post, how is the chick doing?
That looks like the navel. It has not closed completely yet.
Chicks need to stay in the incubator until dry. Do you have more eggs in there to hatch?

Since was taken out, I would have put a little triple antibiotic ointment or bacitracin on the navel, put him in a paper towel lined shallow cup or dish to help contain him and put him back in the incubator.

I think it just didnt completely absorb it in before hatch. It happens but like yours, isnt always dangerous. You did fine with what you did.
