A couple of days ago our chicken Fluffy was looking odd. She waddled a bit but was eating her food and water with vigor. Eyes looked bright and comb looked red. The only problem was that she couldn’t run very fast and had to take frequent breaks. I thought it might of been a cardiovascular problem. Picked her up, heavy breathing. Fast forward to today and she’s having trouble holding up her neck, almost like it’s paralyzed. Gave her antibiotics a few hours ago. Here are som photos and videos:
Can anyone diagnose and maybe help this issue?

I haven’t seen her poop today, so I don’t know about the parasites. She hasn’t laid any eggs recently but she’s been looking little off for at least three days. Wouldn’t an egg-bound hen die shortly after the egg got stuck?

This website has a great list of common illnesses along with pictures. It may help you diagnose what's wrong. I would call an avian or farm vet.

Good news! Yesterday morning Fluffy looked a lot better, but in need of recovery. The antibiotics seemed to work, and today she’s completely normal, happily digging in the leaves.
