Hi Guys!
Very long story short, had an emergency and had to bring my birds inside....I've always kept them in the sunshine and fresh air so this has been horrid. Right now they are on my wood floors with sheets of thick plastic and a lot of bedding...hay etc...I need a better solution. I don't know how long they have to be inside, possibly forever. The other obstacle is that the space they are in is huge...approx 15ft by 25 ft. Any ideas?

Thanks!
P

p.s. strange thing, they seem really happy...

Spitballing here… 8’ x 4’ hard wall panel sheets run about $16 at Lowes. A coat or two of barn/sidewalk paint does wonders for any flooring surface. Not sure what current surface you're working with, how you’d hold the panel down/in place.

How many birds are we talking about? When my large pen flooded a couple years ago I brought mine inside in 50 gallon plastic tubs. I used pine shavings for bedding, but that was a very temporary solution.

Keeping them inside full time may work for up to five or six birds, but I wouldn't want to keep more than that inside.
