Lizards/geckos/anoles in the USA are not poisonous. They can carry salmonella, but so can ducks!! Basically wild ducks eat anything that crawls near ponds. My son's female ducks [pekin and muscovy] ate live baby rats when my son found a nest in an old tire in his shed. It was shocking to see, but the ducks were so excite!I also don't know the type of that liazard she was black in colour. I hope that lizard was not poisonous.
