Emergency Please help turkey has blueish green skin above leg

We have been treating her right leg at the knuckle for a few days and seems to be doing better and notice today she has a blueish green tint to her skin above the other leg. Anyone know what this is?

Looks like a really bad bruise but it could be the start of an infection.

I read on here where people had similar issue and it was bruising. And I did give her a shot 2 days ago in that same area not sure if that could of caused it or not. Thanks

That certainly could be the cause.
