EMERGENCY!!!!!

I have a Americana chicken with sour crop! Her breath smells pretty bad. I’m going to pen her of in a dog cage without food or water. I’ve been messaging her crop to kinda help break down what’s in there. ANY tips would be greatly appreciated! I noticed the smell a couple days ago but put it off as she hasn’t had a bath in awhile, but today I found it was coming from her mouth. Please help!

Thank you so much for the information! She has been caged for the night with only food and appears to have emptied out her crop, giving her a couple more hours before giving her food that should help get rid of the infection such as yogurt, egg, and a bit of pellets. Cranky little woman this morning not happy to be away from food
