I'm not saying this is the problems, but...

I would get her started on Corid (amprolium) and start treating for coccidiosis right away if she is having diarrhea and yellow poop.

Look at this link for dosing amounts

Also, which wormer did you use? Wazine only treats round worms. It's better to go with Valbazen or Safeguard equine with the ingredient fenbendazole as they treat most worms with the exception of tapeworms.

Shes constantly scratching herself , shivering and sleeping while standing , also making a squicking like noise . gave her panadol liquid through dropper twice .... Guide me what to do !

  7. If she's shivering she needs to be brought somewhere warmer. A shivering and cold bird is not as likely to get better since the bird will be using all it's energy on trying to stay warm.

Did you start the amprolium (Corid)?

Are there any other symptoms from this list that may help us help you?

Listen to @Chickenchick11 and get her warm. Bring her indoors if you can and give her some warm (not hot) water to drink.

What type of wormer did you use? Have you checked for lice or mites since she is scratching? When was the last time she ate or drank? What does her poops look like today? any change or the same as last reported? How much does she weigh? Has she lost weight and if so how much do you think?

Panadol is a pain killer with ACETAMINOPHEN and you will probably want to STOP giving that too her. Acetaminophen can be hard on the liver and could make it harder for her to heal since her body is obviously already compromised with whatever is causing her to be sick.
