Incubation temperature can vary, but the most commonly used is 97.5. At that temperature, they take about 50 days to hatch.

Humidity must be carefully monitored and adjusted, and you have to track the egg's weight loss to know how to adjust it, so weigh it when it comes in.
 
Yep. Seems to be going the right way.
I still have my doubts that it will hatch as it was stuck at the postal service place for a few days

The Post Office murdered my Ayam Ketawa eggs that way this week.

But emu eggs last longer without losing viability, so at least there's that. I know a breeder who has hatched eggs that were six weeks old.
