These are four (4) 100% PURE English Chocolate Orpingtons (two weeks old), imported from UK, and are from the Robbie Boyd blood lines. These are Bantams and not Large Fowl; we are working on acquiring Large Fowl Chocolate Orpingtons.

These are 100% pure English Chocolate Orpingtons that are from the Ramsley Orpington stock and are not splits, crosses or mixes of any kind!! The offspring of these birds will produce 100% pure English Chocolate Orpingtons.

****BEWARE THAT BREEDERS ARE BREEDING ENGLISH CHOCOLATE ORPINGTONS BACK TO U.S.A. STANDARD BLACK BANTAMS. THE END RESULT WILL BE A BIRD THAT DOES HAVE THE CHOCOLATE COLOR - BUT DOES NOT HAVE THE 'FLUFFY' LOOK NOR THE BEAUTY OF A PURE ENGLISH CHOCOLATE ORPINGTON. WE ARE IMPORTING ANOTHER LINE OF CHOCOLATES TO HELP OUR LINE.****

These bids are extremely rare, beautiful and are considered to have one of the greatest temperaments of any bird that we have raised. They exhibit a rich chocolate color and have some of the softest 'fluffy' feathers I have ever seen on a bird.

You will not be disappointed with the deep rich chocolate color of these birds. There are no words that we can put here to describe these birds...they are a must see in person.

SHIPPING - DELIVERY - PLEASE READ

You have the option of picking up these birds at the farm or I can ship. The birds are hatched and in the brooder - but I would like to wait until mid/late November before I ship - you can pick up sooner.

You can go here to see pictures of the farm and the parents to these birds. www.jordan-farm.com.

Are these straight run or sexed?

(I mean, if all four are cockerels, that would be disappointing...)

I just wanted to post one thing to clear up some questions I have gotten.

The parent (and grandparent) stock of these chicks are from Ramsley Orpingtons.

Directly off Ramsley's website, "The chocolates originating from Dr Clive CarefootÂ’s breeding programme of black orpingtons and were then saved from extinction by Rob Boyd and Grant Brereton. So our chocolates were a Rob Boyde bloodline."
