Oh my little darlings. After spending the past month or so making my ex asparagus bed their mud hole, they have decided to create a canal along the garden bed. Must be something tasty along there. I'm guessing šŸœ Hill. Ant population has exploded this year. Beesby the drake has one spot he is digging at and won't let others near it.

Time to water the duck yard before they lose all their green grass. Pray for rain out west. We need it.

Pretty soon you will have a moat!
Actually since it's 110 in the sun right now I dumped all their water sources into the mudhole, and while refilling the tubs noticed the water flow is headed to the vegetable garden. I didn't have it in me to start one this.spring (good thing with.all this heat) so maybe by spring they will have a canal system out to.the vegetables!!!! Who said ducks were only.good for eggs, meat, and entertainment.
