I have two six week old Easter Eggers. They are constantly chasing each other and fly at one another head-on. They don't do this with the other chickens or if they do it's very seldom. I'm curious if this is normal Easter egger pullet behavior or perhaps they are roosters. Can you tell yet on these little beauties?

Ok! Because see the whiter ones posturing? She does this mostly with her sister there but she will fly at the others too!

Chickens will work out the pecking order by that kind of activity, and pullets do it too. Ours will frequently do the STAND UP STRAIGHT BUMP CHESTS I'M MORE DOMINANT THAN YOU" thing.

Wonderful! Thank you all!! I really didn't want to lose another pullet by finding out she's a he! Lol

Yes all of my chicks are also “play fighting” each other all the time too. Very cute to watch!

Mine do the same thing, actually, our surprise rooster has been standing up to his sister, who is most definitely in charge, I know this isn't usually what happens in the chicken world, but she tells him his place, witch defidently isn't above her!

Lol! She is just such an a**. Lol! I just introduced my littles into the flock. There are 3 "bigs" which are about 10 weeks and then 5-6 week old birds in with them. last night was their first night together and I kept the littles in a cat crate locked inside the big coop. They have been living side-by-side with them but separated since they were all young. But Mary, the A hole in question and my favorite lady, had the littles so scared. How long will this adjustment period go on for! They are all in together during the day starting today. They have a 35 square foot coop with about 100 square feet of outside area. There are 3 bigs and 8 littles. I was hoping power in numbers. Any advice!

Do we still think she's a she? And what kind of EE do we think she is?
