Perfect.
I just want to make sure. It may be the light, but I think I see some shiny feathering. Hopefully it is a pullet. Maybe I'm looking too hard.
It would be a shame to miss out on that S. Faverolles cockerel.

I'm not sure this is the case for all Light Brahmas, but my cockerel is getting his sex feathers with a dark in the middle point (not sure how else to phrase it .) Here's my boy at 12 weeks for comparison, I do think yours is likely a pullet assuming these are absent. Check under the back feathers too!

I didn’t catch them again before they were roosting and didn’t want to rustle about. Tomorrow should I try to get a picture just straight on of his backside? Will that help?

Beautiful bird!!! He doesn’t have anything like that yet. They will be 10 weeks Tuesday, do you think that feathering would have started to show at this point?

Thank you! Yes, mine started getting them at a little before eight weeks (hidden underneath the other feathers though.) Every bird is different, but I do believe yours is a pullet
