I have started keeping ducks in Ghana, but in need of the mallard derivative ducks to purchase and breed. What is currently available locally are Muscovy. Are there companies that export to other parts of the world, and not just United States, Canada or Europe?

Have you checked about the regulations for importing birds in your country? Hatching eggs are a riskier method but might be easier depending on what breeds you're looking for. They would still have to go through customs though.

Thank you . Regarding customs regulations I'll need to cross check to be certain if that can be done.

Thank you, I've already visited Metzer farms site and left an email couple of weeks back. However I'm yet to hear from them so I'm keeping my fingers crossed to see how things go.
I really like BYC; great source of useful info and nice pictures.
