Extra sleepy chick

We got 8 baby chicks that arrived Monday, all different breeds. One is smaller than the others, has less feather growth on her wings so far and seems to sleep a lot more than the others. She eats ok, drinks, no pasty butt and normal poop. Just not sure if I am being paranoid. All chicks were vaccinated, and are on non-medicated chick started. Cleaned twice a day and the others are thriving.

Congratulations on your new chicks! Sorry that one isn't doing so well. I had 1 chick in my last hatch that just didn't grow as fast as the others and was sleeping way more than the others, but now at 6 weeks old he is starting to catch up. So long as it is eating and drinking and pooping, I'd just keep an eye on it and make sure that it doesn't get trampled by the others. good luck
