My Salmon Faverolle pullet's about two weeks old. She was from a hatchery. About day two of having her, I noticed her eye did not open. It got worse. I did research and read to put saline and antibiotic on her eye. Now, her eyes open but I think the third lid is not there... THANKFULLY she no longer looks too funny so the other chicks don't peck her. I tested her with them today for a bit. My NEW CONCERN is will her eye dry up if it's never closed? I think she's blind in it... she's eats and drinks and is otherwise healthy. Should I put saline on it? We want to keep her alive, healthy and happy.
