Eye infection - Polysporin eye and ear drops?

My duck Daisy has mild eye infections (both eyes). They seem to have a bit of white bubbles in the corners of each eye. It is best described as a frothy like appearance. I was told to use neosporin in them but that is not available OTC in Canada. I did buy polysporin drops for eyes and ears and did my first dose on her tonight. I was reading people use them on their dogs and cats but how about ducks?

With people it says 4x a day but what about ducks? I am thinking 2x a day?

Any insight or experience?

I wish I could help you but have no experience with these type of drops. Hopefully someone who does will come along soon
