Our favorite gal has been getting pecked. Today her eye looks like this. Help! What should we do to care for her and should we separate her from the flock?

Our favorite gal has been getting pecked. Today her eye looks like this. Help! What should we do to care for her and should we separate her from the flock?

Ouch! I feel really really sorry for her. Is it just her eyelid or her eye, can you get a pic with the eye open?
Not sure how to treat it.
