Hi, if you saw my last thread about the chick with the crusty eye, this is the same chick. When I asked about the minor damage around the chicks eye, I was given the advice to put non-pain killer Neosporin around the eye. I did just that, as careful as I could. Now, a couple days later, I checked on the chick again. I noticed that about half the eye had some sort of fizziness on it. Small, cloudy bubbles covered half the eye. I am concerned that I unintentionally put a small amount of Neosporin on the eye. Is that the case? I am probably overreacting to this situation, but it seems very strange. Has anyone seen this before? I am pretty sure that I will get suggestions to flush the eye with saline, but I am just making sure. Thanks for any input.
