New born pullet one eye dosent open keeps running in circles

She was just hatched 2 days ago in a incubator I just put her in the Brooder with the other 4 chicks that hatched before her
Her rt eye is not opening all the way it was closed in the incubator but has been getting better not there yet can i put something on it to help
I have just tried to put water on maybe soften it up
