Why do you think that the duck has eye worms?

Have you tried flushing the eye with eye drops and then treating with an ophthalmic ointment. If you are certain that it is eyeworms a 20% Ivomec/mineral oil mixture, 2 or 3 drops to the back of the duck's neck at 5 day intervals should solve the problem. Also, flushing of the eye with a VetRx solution and gentle removal of the worm with a Q tip may be effective. Roaches are the intermediary host for the eyeworm larvae so cleaning of your pens followed by an insecticide treatment might be in order.

If this is a duckling, I would be hesitant about treating with the Ivomec solution.

To the best of my knowledge, eye worm can only be transmitted through an intermediary host, the cockroach. If indeed she has eyeworm and you just got her, your other ducks are fine. If it is some sort of eye/respiratory situation, you may have to treat all of your ducks. If others start showing symptoms, I would get on it fast.

You could give it a try, and perhaps someone who has actual experience with eye worm will chime in.
