Eyelid drooping and black bubble

What is going on here? First it was just a little drooping now it is much worse!

This might be the beginning symptoms of a respiratory disease such as MG or mycoplasma gallisepticum. There may be some conjunctivitis and eye foam, as well as sinusitis which is common in MG. I would check for other signs such as nasal drainage, sneezing, or chest rattles. Tylan50 injectable given as a shot or given orally, or oxytetracycline given in the water may be used to treat MG, but chickens still can be carriers.
