New chicken has been pecked on eyelid and eye is now foaming...any ideas?

poor chick! You can rinse it out with a little saline solution made for people's eyes. Hopefully the foaming is just like a watery eye and it will stop soon. If it starts to swell you can put some neosporin without the pain relief on it.
