Eyes closed, 6 wk old, otherwise healthy, not blind, any suggestions?

I am so new to this, I seem to be posting a question every week.
This one is strange. My RIR is otherwise the most advanced in growth and activity, but she keeps both eyes closed most of the time. She can see perfectly well and her eyes, when open, look normal and bright.
The only other difference with her is that although well feathered, her face is still 'bald', and underneath her wings her body is bald - no feathers, no fuzz, just pink skin.
She flies and roosts and forages just like the others.
Any ideas on this anybody?

She pretty much does everything with them shut now, only opens them if something makes a noise, like a dog or hawk.
What can it be?
Anyone Please.

She seems like she may be cold or having a hard time regulating her body heat. Where do you live..is it cool outside? She is not fully feathered and should probably still be under a heat lamp or at least in a low of 70 degrees until the rest of her plumage fills in.
