Toad felt her wing touch his, and he instinctively preened the feathers under her earlobe reassuringly.

Name: Snowberry

Appearance: Huge Splash-colored rooster with a modified pea comb, black legs, large wattles, red earlobes, and long spurs.

Story: Grew up on a farm. One day, he flogged the human as they opened he coop to feed the flock. He escaped past the human and made his way into the forest. He found Dawnflock and quickly rose in rank. He’s been lead rooster for nearly two years.

Jay's eyes adjusted and saw all of her flockmates staring at her through wide and frightened eyes. Beside her she felt the presence of Blaze beside her. She flinched.

Blaze turned his orange glare on her. Then locked gazes with the young cockerel beside her. The young cockerel then shuddered.

(Alright! Where were we? I think…Eerie and Toad are falling by for each other, Blaze beat up Jay, we never found out where the blood was from, and Fern is off collecting grasses for her new nest. )
