facial pecking

Hi, Im very new to keeping chickens and wondered if anybody could help please ? We have 3 chickens approx 3 months old, they have been together since hatching, they are kept in a really big coop and run and are fed a varied diet (tips off the internet !!) recently the largest of then has become quite aggressive towards the middle sized 1, she is pecking her face daily. Ive seen lots of tips on how to stop them pecking feathers but not about facial pecking....please help !!

It never hurts to try adding protein, no matter what kind of pecking they are doing. It's easy to get the protein intake low, especially animal protein. You might even pick up some mealworms or crickets from a bait shop and try that.
