Famous Chickeny People for a Research Paper

Howdy y'all!
I am writing a research paper for my 8th grade english class and my teacher said that it has to be on a person who is historical and famous. I really want to do it on something chickeny because love chickens but that is proving to be hard since it has to be about some human person. I was think about doing it on William Cook or Sir John Sebright but I am saving those as last resorts because I don't think that I can find enough information. Do you guys know of any other historical chicken figures that could provide me with 4 pages of info?

George Washington kept Gamefowl. I think other presidents did too, but you would have to research that.
