Fan direction in a forced air incubator....

Which way should the fan go.. blowing up or down? I just read where its not a good idea for the fan to be blowing air on the eggs? Is this right or personal preference? This is my first time using a non home made incubator so just curious. TIA

You want the fan blowing up. The air directly blowing on the eggs could dry them out.
