Fan for incubator

So I got a hova-bator 1602 its is going to be in the spare bedroom no ac or heat no drafts or open windows so ....Do I need a fan the temperature is almost always the same no direct sunlight going to be on a table against the far wall the door is always closed.

I believe a fan to circulate the air is always best.

Remember that the temp needs to be set warmer without one.

so can i wire a fan and set it blowing up on top of the wire or does it have to be mounted.

I would mount it over the middle section, like you'd see in a 1588.

so i'm totally new to this stuff do I just put screws in or how do I do this....

i mounted mine it the top blowing down through the eggs, it is mounted with screws, but you need a spacer between the bator & the fan, you can use most anything to do this, the bigger the spacer the more air it will blow, mine is about one half of an inch long, pm me if you need help, good luck.

if you buy the fan from gqf ... the instructions come with it... i bought one for mine for this latest hatch.. and it regulated my temperature extremely well... one of the best purchases i made.. and when i ordered it.. i ordered the candler as well... and LOVE that too
