Fan on or off during hatch

Hi, I have 12 BLRW eggs and one just hatched, I have an LG incubator with a fan I added myself. My question is should I leave the fan running as they hatch or should it be turned off?
This is my first time and all is going well, just not sure about the fan as they hatch.

Stays on. It helps stabilize humidity which is EXTREMELY important during the hatch.

No problem.

Make sure you keep the bator closed during the hatch. I know you are already into it but one of the biggest mistakes people make is opening the bator after day 18.

Yes, thats is what I have read even though it is so tempting to want to hold one, anyway how long can I wait before removing the one that hatched tonight, I know they can survive a couple of days without food are water, and he/she may need to be removed before they all hatch. So I want to wait to last minute before removing him.
