Hi all!
Does anyone have any experience with the Farm Innovators Model 4250 Incubator? Good or Bad?
I'm currently shopping around for an incubator. I don't need anything huge or real fancy. I'm using it for Duck eggs and maybe quail in the future. I don't mind buying used if its in good condition. I found one of these models that is close to me for a very good price, but before I spend the money just wanted to know if its worth a bother or not..
Thanks y'all

I have the Farm Innovators Model 4200 Circulated Air Incubator with Automatic Egg Turner. It has knobs instead of buttons. I've heard that the farm innovators isn't the best brand, but I haven't had much trouble.

I don't trust the thermometer or hydrometer that it has in it. I have two extra thermometers and a reptile thermometer/hydrometer in when hatching. Calibrate everything! A quick Google search will provide how you can calibrate both the thermometer and hydrometer.

Calibrate every thermometer and hydrometer that will be used in the incubator. I let it run for a few days to make sure there are no problems. My last hatch rate was like 84% or so. I believe one never started, two quit early and one died sometime after lock down.

Here's the girls from that hatch.
