Fat waddling hen in pain!

I have a rather fat isa-brown hen that waddles around the coop. During the past few days she has been looking sick. She just lays down all day and shakes her head every few seconds like she is having pain spasms. She is also breathing heavy. Her stomach feels very hard. I think it might be an infection in her stomach or maybe a broken egg. She hasn't layed lately, so I am thinking of butchering her if she doesn't get better. Please help!

It may be because she is too fat. You should put her on a diet so she loses some weight and see if she gets any better.

I have bigger chickens than her, so I don't think it is because she is overweight. Her stomach is bulging and kind of red. She has a really wide stance because it is so big. The rest of her isn't too big though. I'm pretty sure it is an infection in her stomach. But, she still eats, drinks, and grooms her feathers.
