Feather Eating...why?

I have a hen who plucks just to eat the feathers I think. Why do they do this? are they missing something in their diet? I watched her do it to every chicken this am. Even the 2 roos! I know they do it to establish pecking order, but they did all that a month or so back. SHE IS JUST EATING THEM , she seems to be on a mission or something..

It's typically just boredom.

The best thing to do is to get rid of her ASAP. I'm going through this now with some of my Easter Eggers. In spite of the fact that they're on grass and they have everything they could want and more. I've tried the Rooster Booster No-Pick lotion...useless. Now, I'm using pine tar. Next step: soup.
