I have been battling feather picking since December. They are on feather fixer and have a large 100sqft coop (theres only 3 of them).

I have caught them pulling off feathers but usually around 3:30/4pm and later. Tonight, I even caught my barred rock on camera on the roosting bar. Im exhausting trying to figure this all out. HELP!

If there has been no change since putting them on a higher protein feed than either it's from boredom, or it's become a habit. Do they all do it or just one bird?

You could try separating out the offender for a few weeks to even months to try to break the habit.

What do they do all day? Chickens need to burn off energy daily foraging, running and scratching. Have you tried letting them out in the evening to help them get rid of excess energy? You could add a movable run to the outside or even set one up elsewhere and take them to it for a few hours.

Is the coop itself 100sqft...or the run?
How many birds do you have?

Its all three of them. They are in a chicken tractor when its nice out which is 8X12. I have 3 chickens. Even in the tractor, they pick.

I would start with one a day and see how it goes.

They get a head of cabbage a week (hanging). Strawberry head scraps and sometimes grapes. They go out in a chicken tractor when its not raining and at night, to get them back into the main coup, they get BOSS. In the winter they were getting a cup of cracked corn at night but I have stopped that since its not too cold out.
