Feather Sexing Silkie Chicks?

I have read a couple places on the internet that you can feather sex silkie chicks depending on their breed? If so, what breeds can be feather sexed? Thanks

silkies are not feather sex-able as chicks, which is why hatcheries sell them unsexed
