at what time do you check feathers after hatch? I think i have missed my windows. My birds are 4 weeks and 2 weeks

Yes, you have missed it. Usually you do it between 3-7 days old.

2-3 days is the window for feather sexing.

Right after the feathers start growing in on the wings. It is easiest to tell at 3 days or so, but can be seen up to a week or two, in my experience.
