Feather ??

i have 8 RIR and 8 bar rock that are 3 weeks old all of the bar rock are and six of the RIR are about the same size and are almost fully feathered I have two that are smaller in size and one of the two still has a lot of fuz will include a pic of the two I have them separated from the others. I read that rooster develop feathers more slow that hens so what do you think

My 3 week olds (3 barred rock, 3 black australorps) look about like this. A couple of them are feathering out faster, but most are just starting to really push out feathers. I have one I suspect might be a rooster, but "she" is actually feathering out faster. Too soon to be sure, definitely.
