Cochins i think need another 2 weeks but the Easter egger bantams look ready to go outside

Looks good to me! You may want to start by putting them out during the day only and see how it goes. If they're fine then go to overnight.

8 weeks today, they have a heating pad in there playpen on the lowest setting, basement windows are open, and averaging about 40 degrees down there

How old are they? They all look ready to go in my opinion. They will pile up in a corner and keep warm. Are they 6 weeks+?

it gets down to the 20s at night here just a little paranoid I’d feel terrible if they died, my run is covered so it’s dry, have a cozy coop heater in coop just in case ( don’t want them to rely on it)
