Feathering?? I'm confused!

I have one chick that looked like all the rest until about 3 days ago and s/he started getting lotts of feathers. I'm 90% sure its some kind of Production Red. They are about 2 1/2 weeks old now.

At 4 days

So are you saying he is feathering out faster or slower?

These are what pretty much all my birds looked like at about 10 days old.

I'm saying that one chick looked like the others. (George) and now, at 2 1/2 weeks he has a ton more feathers than the other 2 chicks like him.

I think we might be having the same thing. George just all of a sudden started feathering alot.

My chicks will be 2 weeks old tomorrow/. The pictures above were taken just a few days ago..maybe Tuesday or Wednesday.
