Are there any tips to speed up the feathering process?

They're in the house right now in a spot that stays about 75ish, would it hurt them to turn off the heat lamp off for a bit since they're in the house and away from any drafts?

Mine have been in an outside hutch since they were a week old, and they've endured all kinds of temperatures. I've kept the area under the heat lamp at about 80 something ° and they've been fine with the temps in the rest of the brooder being as low as 40. At a little over 3 weeks old, most of them are almost fully feathered. I say go for it!

Cool. I'm going to move out into the coop this weekend, but I have to run an extension cord since DH doesn't want them in the garage (which was my original plan).
