Feathers everywhere?

Our current layer duck is losing feathers but I'm not sure if she's pulling them out herself or if she's getting into fights with our hens. Whenever I turn the light on at 2am, I put a bit of fresh bedding down and when I go out later in the day, I keep finding her feathers everywhere in the coop. She and the others are acting completely fine and I've checked everyone over to find no injuries or problems.

What is causing her to lose her feathers??
