Feathers missing!

    [​IMG]. They have feathers missing on there back ends. Not sure what is going on this is just one pic of my chickens! Maybe this is normal but one of my other ones has this happening also! If anyone can help I would appreciate it.

    Do you have a rooster? They can cause feather loss like this. Your birds may also be molting. Check them for mites and lice, too, as they can cause loss of feathers.

    Yes I have two roosters! I was thinking that might be the cause I was just concerned! How do I check for mites and lice? Will I be able to see them?

    One thing to see if it is the roosters and not mites doing this, you could use a chicken saddle!
