Feathers not growing back..sunscreen?

I had chickens and ducks living with each other for some time Then the ducks started attacking my hens. So the ducks have been moved away from then for around a month and a half.But while the ducks were living there they had pulled out several feathers from my hens. They know have bald spots. Theres huge areas where there arer not feathers and all i see is pink "skin" I see no signs of them re growing and im worried. Any advice on how to get them to grow back, or do i need to put sunscreen on them?

They may not grow back til the next moult. You can also use saddles, depending where they are bare.
