My room mate went to the feed store for me today and they gave him a bag of lamb starter and grower...it is also medicated. I got home and found this feed in the feeders and the chickens not eating it so I inquired about it. He showed me the bag and thta's when i realized what it was...I WAS ticked...WILL IT HURT MY CHICKENS..SOME ARE GROWN AND THE OTHERS ARE ALMOST 16 WEEKS OLD. I dumped out the remainder.

I dont think the medication, what ever little bit they ate, will hve any effect on them but im not entirely sure. By the time your chicks are adults that will all be worked out of their system and the eggs will be fine.
