Confined hens (leghorns) eat approximately 115 gm per day (0.25 lb). So 100 hens would eat about 25 lb per day. Of course, if you have heavy hens I am sure that number will be about 20-25% higher. If you free-range, it will be less. Too many factors to get a real accurate number.
