In the winter I mix cracked corn into my chicken feed to help keep them warm.
But this year we have Muscovys with the girls - just occurred to me that they are eating corn as well. Are they ok with corn?

We also save all table scrapes - they love their bucket of scrap :) The ducks go right for the pasta and dunk it in their splash pool!

They dont need corn it has no to little nutrition and if fed too much they can develop a nutrition deficiency.Chickens can adapt to the cold very well if given proper ventilation and blocking drafts.Chicken food already has corn in it.
